Broadcasting, quoting, awarding and the job record are free on both sides, with no per-seat charges and no cut of any job. PLN sells an unlimited Bench to contractors and labeled placement to providers — and nothing else.

Bench Unlimited
When ten trusted providers stop being enough
An unlimited Bench: every provider you rank gets the T+0 head start and bench-only broadcasts. If a payment fails you keep broadcasting and keep your first ten — nothing is ever deleted.

The badge is earned, not bought

- Every broadcast in your radius, and quoting on all of them
- Document review and the Verified / Preferred ladder

Featured placement
One labeled slot above the ranked results, per category and region
Featured providers appear at most once per search, outside the ranked list, and rotate evenly. Requires a current Verified badge — placement pauses the day a badge lapses and resumes when it returns.

CAT placement
First alerts during a declared CAT event, renewing weekly while it runs (four weeks at most)
If PLN closes the event early, the unused days come back as credit. A forecast event that never activates is refunded in full.
